SUGGESTED PACKING LIST
We will be moving in every two or three days and traveling on buses. Having a small reasonable amount of luggage will make your travel much easier. One large backpack, rolling suitcase and small light weight sheet and sleeping pad (we will be sleeping in beds) but there may be opportunities in camping outside as in the rain forest.

APPLYING FOR A VISA
A visa is permission to enter into Ghana. And you will need one (stamped into your passport) in order to enter into Ghana . This should be done a couple of months in advance of travel. To allow time for the Ghanaian embassy to get your passport back to you. Attached is an application form for a visa to Ghana . Fill out the form completely, copy and attach the required passport size photographs, plus the copy of the itinerary from the travel and tour. You can make your own travel arrangements to and from Ghana if you would like, and let the tour director know.
PRE-DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
Provide tour director with two copies of your passport; keep one copy in your luggage; Inoculations (yellow fever and anything else desired) WHO card, malaria prophylaxis and other prescription medications, passport and visa for Ghana.
